Nancy has 20 years of financial and real estate investment experience including 15 years working as executives in several large Asset Management companies and Securities Research firms in Asia and Canada. In the early years, she worked as a Financial Advisor at Quadrus Investment and as the Head of HSBC Jinxin Fund Management of HSBC Global Investment. Later she was the Regional Director/General Manager of two leading securities investment institutions in China. During the period, Nancy with her managed team provided investment advice to the asset managers of many large investment institutions including insurance asset management, mutual funds, large private fund companies and public companies in Asia, and built the strong professional relationship with them.  

In 2017, Nancy established Genesis Wealth, a wealth management and asset management platform, in Canada. She continues to expand her expertise in alternative investment, commercial real estate investment, research & DD, and corporate finance. Since then, Genesis Wealth has partnered with over 30 investment / real estate asset managers in North America. Genesis Wealth team is focusing on providing asset allocation strategies with steady growth for institutional and high-net-worth investors.  

Nancy is a life-long learner and a two daughters’ mom who loves her family. Outdoor activities, Golf, reading, traveling and making friends are her hobbies.
