Michael has over 10 years of experience as a developer and founded Union Allied Capital Corp in early 2019. Specializing in acquiring and developing industrial property, Union Allied has over $100 million dollars in industrial assets in various stages of development with three projects in active development in 1308 Adanac, 1290 Clark Drive, and Vanguard. In addition to Union Allied, Michael co-founded Manna Industrial Fund, with the goal of managing over $100 million dollars in assets by early 2021.
