Raymond Wong has over 20 years experience of in real estate management and consulting services.

As an advisor for British Pacific Properties, a well-known developer in West Vancouver and North Shore, involved in their 215-acre Rodgers Creek Area Development Plan including in the marketing and sales for their projects. 

As the Managing Committee Member for JinGon International Development Group, Assembled the project “Duck Island” located in Richmond BC, involved in the whole rezoning process for the project.

He had over 10 years of local law firm work experience focused on and specialized in both commercial and residential real estate. Raymond Wong also titles the Top 1% realtor at Great Vancouver Real Estate Board and a candidate of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). 

As the Executive Chairman of Zhong Guan Cun Angel 100 Investment Association, he also has over 10 years of investment experience in several industries including the real estate sector.
